Standards are the backbone of a scaffolding structure. They are the primary load-bearing components that transfer the entire weight of the scaffolding system—along with the materials, tools, and workers—to the ground or base support.
Ledgers are horizontal tubes or bars in a scaffolding system that connect the vertical standards (upright poles) and play a vital role in maintaining the overall stability and structural integrity of the scaffolding.
Beam Bracket - To support drop beams, eliminating the need of extra rows of support under the Beams.
Canti Lever Frame - This frame is designed for supporting the framework of scaffolding at slab edges. They are available in two sizes of 1500mm and 1000mm lift.
Bridging Horizontal - This is used to provide working space or platform where a clear span of over 2500mm to 5000mm is required through the main scaffolding run.
Walkway plank is a perforated sheet or textured metal platform used in the cuplock system as per the size of ledger to provide enhanced grip and safety. The attached hooks at both ends allows better slip resistance and durability, especially in wet working conditions.
Walkway chali is made out of 20mm/25mm square MS pipe designed for cuplock system. This provides a safe and stable walking and working surface at height. This is available in various lengths - 1.5mtr, 1.8mtr, 2mtr etc.
Cuplock Staircase is a staircase system integrated with cuplock scaffolding, designed to provide safe and convenient vertical access between different working levels. It consists of prefabricated stair units, landings, and guardrails, ensuring stability, quick installation, and enhanced worker safety on construction sites.
Base Plate Jacks – For use in undulating ground conditions and where height variation adjustments are required under supports. It has a standard acme thread with base plate, available in 32Ø and 36Ø, with variable lengths of 350mm and 450mm.
Adjustable U-Head Jacks – A heavy-duty fork head providing height adjustment up to 350mm to suit varying levels. It offers a substantial bearing area and has a standard acme thread, available in 32Ø and 36Ø.
Swivel Couplers – Allows two scaffold tubes (40NB & 50NB) to be connected at any angle up to 360°. Available in sheet metal and forged material.
Double / Fixed Coupler – Connects two scaffold tubes at 90°. Made from high-grade pressed steel and checked as per IS 2750-1964 standards.
Putlog Coupler – Used for joining putlogs or transoms to horizontals while allowing scaffold boards to lie flat.
Sleeve Coupler – Used for external end-to-end joints of two scaffold tubes subjected to bending and axial tension.
Joint Pin / Spigot Pin – Used for end-to-end connection of vertical scaffold tubes. Tightening one captive bolt grips both tubes internally.
Top Cup – Locks ledgers and braces securely into position. Rotates and tightens to provide a firm joint.
Bottom Cup – Fixed component welded to the vertical standard. Acts as seating point for ledgers and braces.
Ledger Blade – Connecting end piece attached to ledgers and braces to enable quick locking.
H-frames are spigot-welded scaffold frames consisting of two verticals and two horizontals, interconnected with scissor-type cross braces secured using pins and spring clips for stability. Advantages 1. H-Frames are excellent when it comes to rigidity due to welded construction 2. It does not have any lose fittings 3. No tools are required for erection and the system is quick and easy in operation 4. Ideally used for access scaffolding and support staging
